Acording to RFC 3315, section 15, messages:
Solicit, Confirm, Rebind and Info-Request
should be discarded when server receives it with unicast destination address.

Kea6 doesn't discard, it sends a Reply message.

To check this bug use Forge project and run tests tagged with 'unicast'.

Included wireshark capture.
